Can anyone provide a better scan of the overture to L'italiana in Algeri by Rossini?

The one already on IMSLP is quite poor quality.

I have also now found a study score of the 1st suite, published by Peters:

I am aware that these scores cannot be posted on IMSLP, but can anyone advise where I can purchase them (either full scores or study scores). I am in the UK. The only options I have found are: 1. If I had to guess the composer I would say Kabalevsky. I'm probably totally wrong though
