I figured it out. You have to prefix the filename with "TN-" on your computer before uploading to the "Upload picture" link. Then add that name after "|Thumb Filename=" on the edit page below the copyright line.

After a file has been uploaded and accepted is it possible to edit only the thumbnail?

What determines the order in which scores are listed on a page?

If a piece is only listed on IMSLP as part of an opus how do I indicate that I am only uploading one piece, not the complete opus?

On the page for this piece there are 3 scores, all labeled as First Edition by the same publisher, but the 3rd has a different melody note in measure 7 than the other 2 (G rather than A Flat). The score shows G# as the last left hand note but he plays A....
