Mozart K412

I recently produced a piano solo arrangement of Mozart's Horn Concerto No.1 K412 Rondo finale. However, the page for this work cannot currently be edited, therefore I'm prevented from uploading the file. How do I go about solving this problem? Btw, the Rondo itself also has the catalogue number K514...

The editing facility is absolutely vital. Uploading a score with the correct details can be tricky to get right, especially if one hasn't done so for a while. I noticed in IMSLP's list of Stanford's works that Op51 just had a question mark against it. A quick check here http://searchworks.stanford.edu/view/264300 suggests that his 3 Motets Op38 are in fact that work.
