Ah I think you mean 6-stave film score? Yes I have actually seen a couple of those, with some instrumentation written in. Anyway, back to imagining music, sometimes I find myself skipping over parts because they're boring and I thusly jump ahead, but sometimes, in the process of doing so, I think I ...

Ah man that would be awesome if I were actually credited though But no I can't really match those orchestrators... I think John Williams partially orchestrated his own music, much like what Bernstein did with the Symphonic Dances from West Side Story But anyway those are masterful orchestrations...c...

Wow I didn't know other people had the same stuff going on in their heads... I constantly hear music in my head...right now I can hear Prokofiev's Love for Three Oranges... However with pieces I know particularly well, (e.g. Le Sacre du printemps) I can sort of piece together what I consider to be t...

That doesn't answer my question about how existing leechers are notified about new submissions.
Maybe they can subscribe to a notification system on the website. Then they can get e-mail notifications about new torrents?

And the naysayers say "oh it's for practical reasons, not necessarily superstition." Pssshhhh I think it's just superstition... What practical problems are there with the third hammer blow anyway? Not any different from the first two, I would assume. Oh and have you heard about other hamme...

I feel that to delve right into the Scherzo from the Allegro is a bit too much, kinda like stuffing another wad of food into your mouth right after you finished chewing the first wad. Therefore, the Andante provides a sort of a break from the intense pounding and passion of the 1st and Scherzo movem...

Here is a link that gives good information on the history of copyright in the USA and the rules around them today (USA only).

I think his Romeo and Juliet is excellent however (Prokofiev, that is, not Tchaikovsky)

Anyway, I want to get Robert Craft's recording...have you heard it?

hahaha Sorry! IMO, Chailly (with...I forgot), Abbado (with LSO), Bernstein (both NY Phil and Israel Phil), Ozawa (with Boston, I think), Dutoit (with Montreal), Boulez (DVD version with LSO is perhaps better), MTT with SFO...those are the best as far as I've heard. I'm sure there are better ones, bu...
