Re: Dvorak String Quartet Op 51 - Sibley 1st Violin part

I mentioned these missing pages to Sibley and they rescanned the complete violin part. I have uploaded it for all those to enjoy. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Re: Padrucci: The iPad app for IMSLP

I believe the forscore app was used in the case of the Liszt Violin solo Sonata case and the pages were turned by a foot pedal using AirTurn BT-105 and a wireless bluetooth connection.

Re: Is the image the property of a library?

The Conservatorio di Milano Digital Library is asking enormous amounts of money for copies for instance... The Metodo di Violoncello by Quarenghi, Guglielmo http://bibliotecadigitale.consmilano.it/nav?internalId=710962&resId=&submitType=internal#http://bibliotecadigitale.consmilano.it/nav?in...

Re: Trio for violin, viola, piano (e.g. Mendelssohn)

It seems there is a recording of this Trio in C minor (written in 1822) by Trio Ceresio in the form of Violin, Cello and Piano. Here is a link to Amazon which sells this CD.

Re: IMSLP in Russian

I think is is 100% OK for them to host public domain music just as it is for us to do so here at IMSLP... only maybe they could come up with a more original name to avoid confusion.

Re: Paganini Caprices for Cello

So I suppose now (It is Jan. 2012) the 24 CAPRICES by Paganini for Cello Solo Transcribed by Luigi Silva are public domain??? The Copyright at the bottom of the page says (Copyright 1952 by G. Ricordi ). Is it ok to upload??
