What if a regular user wants to add a score to the page? Table on contents is actually very useful for some of the larger work pages.

I actually agree with Davydov and Emery. Probably not worth the effort, and it would be difficult to standardize.

It will happen under the following circumstance (there are more, but I recall this one): 1. Log in 2. Go to the CR page (new additions) 3. Wait for the system to log you out 4. Hit "enter" (to refresh the page) 5. Go back (just once) 6. Press enter again and you will get to the error page....
