I've done the job with Windows, obtaining a 1.3-MB size. May I upload the score?

Re-upload it where it should go an request deletion of the unnecessary work page by inserting {{Delete|REASON}} there.

The least I can do is to add this site to https://imslp.org/wiki/IMSLP:Sheet_Music_Projects. Feel free to change the comment but keep it short!

And the 1922 copyright deposit with a photocopy of the manuscript is not a publication.

Does reduction mean vocal score in your language? Then perhaps it is worth searching other vocal scores on other sites.

Perhaps the bnf copy is usable https://gallica.bnf.fr/ark:/12148/btv1b ... k=128756;0 But the Gallica interface is unpleasant and the notice mentions several copists.
