Unless others chime in, the verdict we have reached in the past has been to split up the compilation into individual compositions and upload those to the appropriate composer/composition page, creating both as necessary.

The Folk Song Suite might be a no-go from a parts perspective. Gordon Jacob arranged that for band, so protected there.

Don't know what you mean. Parts show up fine whether downloaded or viewed. Can you be more specific as to what problem you're having?

There is a facsimile of the full score and I considered scanning it at one point, but it's in full color and would have been very difficult to even get mediocre scans out of it.

Not sure why it was removed, but it was probably before we had a US server setup for works that were only free in the US. I'd doubt it. The scores you seek are all very rare and most are only located at the BnF.
