Actually, these could be "urtext editions" in which case they would be out of copyrihgt in the EU and Canada - and if they didn't have proper copyright notice, this is before 1966, so they could be out of copyright in the U.S. Unfortunately, I am not a user in the group copyrightreview, so...

Funny that we're finally the people who are talking about the lawsuits - but we have real reason.
Anyone know a good lawyer? It would be very easy to put this guy away/sue him/ make him pay a major fine/have publishers sue him.
We must pursue a legal remedy to warn anyone else who tries to do this.

On several pages (e.g. Preludio en La menor (Córdova Casillas, José Luis)) I have noticed Creative commons licenced things being tagged as V/V/V insted of N!/N!/N! THis should be fixed

I've seen that his complete works edition is on the Bayerische Staatsbibliotheke website, but I haven't found any of it yet. Does anyone know where it is on the site (Hyperlink, maybe?)

We ought to work on the Mendelssohn comp'lete edition more...although from the compositions list we have almost all of his works online!
