I don't quite understand how you found out that the PDF files are damaged if the links don't work... But anyway, the links seem to work for me, and neither file seems damaged to me. Maybe you should try redownloading it? The files are fairly large and it's possible that the transfer failed before it...

You're right about the number not being exactly accurate... but the problem is that I'm too busy right now to really code anything substantial (which would involve LOTS of testing that I don't have the time for; I'm glad I managed to get most of the coding done over the summer). That's exactly one of the things that I was considering. Another IMSLP contributor also e-mailed me about this, and notified me about karadar.it, which already has a similar function.
