Let me know if you're planning on setting up a server to remove logos - I have the Ravel/Elgar/etc. Violin one and no time to do it myself.

Open with Preview, then do File->Print. Select PDF->Save as PDF. This unlocked it for me, on Mac OS 10.4.

Wind Part Color reversals

When I view Romanov76110's uploads of Beethoven's clarinet parts, the first page appears with inverted colors and reduced quality. Does this have to do with the CDSM copyright issue? If so, isn't there a better way to deal with it?

I think this is right:

The format is Canada/US/EU, and the letters are as follows:

U=unchecked
V=verified PD
C=checked (not sure)
N=Creative Commons, I think

I don't know what the asterisks mean.

Kreisler died in 1962, so they won't be PD in Canada until 2013. I think they were published in 1928, so they're not PD in the US either.
