Sam is correct. Usually publishers make you sign a rental contract so even though there is no copyright issue involved you can get into trouble for breach of contract.

It all depends on whether the underlying work is actually protected in the USA or not. That's not always a simple question to answer due to the legal definition of "first publication". See this overview of the issue.

Use the "Add your own edition" option when uploading and logged in for new things. For items added previously you need to use the edit window and amend the {{LinkArr|Firstname|Lastname}} template to the nearly identical one for editor {{LinkEd|Firstname|Lastname}}.
