Looks like everything has started working again. What happened?

Unless the author has given permission for the scores to be uploaded, they are under copyright worldwide.

I think part of the idea might be that we could put scores that need to have logos removed there. So, not all the materials would necessarily be PD.

I think he's still alive, so he's copyright in all countries.

Anything published before 1923 is PD in the US. I assume whichever works are labeled non-PD were published after then.

That score works fine for me.

I'm using photoshop to clean files, and I'm fairly sure that using a white rectangle is fine if you choose "Flatten Image" before converting to a pdf. This way, any information about editing is lost.

Could someone perhaps review the solo parts for Bach's concerto in d Minor, BWV 1043? Thanks!

A few small things: 1) According to my pdf viewer, all of the scores are on 9x12 inch pages, not 10x13. 2) I don't think the page numbers in the scores were added by OMCDL. They do print their own titles and put that annoying logo on every page, but I'm fairly sure the page numbers were already ther...

Orchestral Musician's CD-ROM Library, owned by CDSM. They sell orchestral parts for all insturments on CD. I'm not sure anyone but me uses that abbreviation.

Update: I've contacted the US copyright office, who backs us up that the OMCDL and CDSM scores can be duplicated. We all knew it was right, but I personally feel a bit better with the support of the government. Take that, copyfraud!

Czerny is Public Domain, but the edition may or may not be. Can you provide more information about editor, publisher, etc.

I'd say this is the right place. Now you just have to hope that someone has them and is really nice.
