If your goal is "free" parts I don't think IMSLP will be much help. Usually full scores or piano reductions are posted. For chamber pieces and what not sometimes all the parts are also posted. So If you got a score you'd have to re-typeset all the parts (and post them back here of course :...

What's the current list? In Italian there are also 'il', 'i' and 'lo' (in addition to the 'gli', 'la', and 'le' already listed). Does this also handle the l' form at the beginning of some foreign words? Thanks!

Don't worry about it. It was fixed quickly. Now I think you're right about the copyright being iffy. I think we would want some kind of proof on its work page that the copyright wasn't renewed if we want to keep it up with confidence. I'm not quite sure how we could do that unfortunately. Any ideas?
