Oh yeah, I forgot. Has anybody else checked out that site I posted (http://www.artes.ufpr.br/material/banco_de_partituras/). There are quite a few scores there which aren't here. How would we check if they are public domain? Or could we add them and then removed them if someone finds a problem? Ok,...

Parts are very tricky... that's part of why you see lots of scores but very few parts. Mainly because there is no such thing as Dover parts :/ Of course, if you created the parts yourself out of the score that'd be public domain if you so wished it to be, but that's a LOT of work... The Variations project has a huge number of scores online. THe only problem is that each page is a seperate gif file. It shouldn't be too hard for a technically inclined person to produce a script that will download complete works and stitch the together into PDF files. There are some great finds h...
