Without knowing which number of op.91 has the chaconne, we have digitized the first 6 of the 7 sonatas of op.91, published by Bote & Bock, here: http://hdl.handle.net/1802/17250. Our copy does not have v.4, which contains op.91/7.

According to the Schott edition of 1956 (ed. by Neighbor), "The four movements of this sonata were never assembled and prepared for publication...and are published here for the first time."

We've digitized several Hofmann works, which can be found here: https://urresearch.rochester.edu/viewCo ... ameId=3891. We don't seem to have the two works for which you are searching, however.
