Without knowing which number of op.91 has the chaconne, we have digitized the first 6 of the 7 sonatas of op.91, published by Bote & Bock, here: http://hdl.handle.net/1802/17250. Our copy does not have v.4, which contains op.91/7.

According to the Schott edition of 1956 (ed. by Neighbor), "The four movements of this sonata were never assembled and prepared for publication...and are published here for the first time."
