These 3 works were all published by Carl Fischer, who continues to publish them and make them available for well under $10.

FWIW, the first cease & desist letter (and still one of only 2) we got for scores we are putting up in UR Research was for a Reynaldo Hahn song. Heugel seems to be particularly keen about their copyrights on this material, even if they don't seem to be particularly keen about keeping it in print...
