Uploading a collection of scores (Sibley)

Hi everyone,
How would I submit this score: https://urresearch.rochester.edu/instit ... onNumber=1?
It's a collection of assorted works by the Mannheim school. But would I upload the file onto a new work page, or split it into parts and upload it to separate score pages? If so, how do I upload the split file?
