Just curious if there are any early Shostakovich works that are PD USA. According to Wikipedia, his first published works are the Three Fantastic Dances Op. 5, published by Muzgiz in 1926.

You've just answered your own question — if what you've said is accurate, then yes, this early work is PD-US.
