Chen Gang's Violin Pieces

As far as I know, the Chinese composer Chen Gang (陈钢) is still alive. Thus, all his arrangements seem still in public domain. Therefore, I suppose that all files in this page (https://imslp.org/wiki/Category:Chen%2C_Gang ) seem having to be deleted?

Nobody is claiming that these items are in the public domain. You'll see that they're listed as being made available under license (albeit a non-free one).
