April is in my Mistress' Face
Thomas Morley
SATB Madrigal w/ second verse added by Thomas Oliphant

Oliver Ditson Company
Theodore Presser Co Distributors
Catalog no. 332-14623

?

I don't know much about this, besides that it belonged to a band director at school. Looks pretty old to me  but there's no copyright date or print date on it (and I either gave back or lost the original paper copy).

That's probably an offprint from Ditson's Musician's Library series of the early 1900s. It's most likely free. Ditson was absorbed by Presser in the 1930s.
