Wagner. Grosse Sonata in A. Non-PD Canada

Hi all,
I posted the Grosse Sonate in A by Wagner.

It was published in 1960 by Hans Gerig Verlag in Germany
It has been marked as NonPD-Canada. If am not wrong NonPD-Canada should be based on the author's death + 50
Even considering the Critical editions the publication is more then 25 years old (acutally 49)

Right, thus it comes into PD 50 years later...Editio Princeps is a beast.

Thanks. Copyright is really a complex subject.
About the Editio Princeps I understood the 50 years are granted only to editions published in Canada not in Europe.
However, next year it will be free.
