Hello!
I am thinking of scanning Julius Caloff's transcription of the Hymn to the Sun, from Rimski-Korsakov's Opera Le Coq d'Or. The copyright notice is from 1922, but Chaloff died in 1979.
Since I had a bad experience when my scans of Schubert's 3 Violin Sonatas were temporarily blocked (even though they are now available at imslp.eu), I would like to be sure wether this will not happen again.

This isn't allowed on IMSLP, because Caloff is not PD in Canada. Sorry!
BTW, [TB] stood/stands for "Technical Block," and not "Totally Blocked" or "Temporarily Blocked." All files on IMSLP are temporarily blocked before they are copyright-reviewed, and all blocks are total.
