Vivaldi, Antonio - Concerto for 2 Mandolins, Str & Organ.

Post by m.kowalski49 »

I have a Ricordi Edition of this Full Score + Complete Set of Parts and was wondering if these are loadable upable.. (A Keith Lockhart phrase). LOL

The copyright on the material is,

Copyright 1951, by G. Ricordi & C. s.p.a. Milano
Copyright renewed 1979

Both Score and Parts have this,

The Plate No. For the score is thus: P.R. 554
The Plate No. For the parts are thus: 128497-(I thru VIII)

While not free in the USA, the edition might be free in the EU and Canada if there is no continuo realization printed in the score, or if the realization is so rudimentary that any second-year music student in a theory class could have done it. Ricordi usually printed the realization in the full score as I recall. If it's a Malipiero edition, there is a high chance that the realization will be a problem (though I've seen a couple he did that were pretty rudimentary).

Thanks Carolus! The Score actually does have the Cembalo Realisation. And it is the Malipiero Edition.

I wonder if the String parts and Mandolin parts are uploadable?

Thanks again

I see no reason you can't upload the string parts.
