Post by WilliamBunting »

This is a Soviet score for viola and piano, with no named arranger or editor. Plate number 3331, page numbers 2,3 (va pt)5,6,7,8 (p sc) No title page.
Would it be PD?

Ippolitov-Ivanov died in 1935 and is free in the EU and Canada (Russia also). He was public domain in Russia on 1/1/96, therefore ineligible for restoration under GATT. If published without a notice, the work would be free in USA also. 3331 would be from the 1920s if it's a Muzgiz plate number.
