This is a Masters Music edition. There is no copyright information printed anywhere in the book. I expect this is a public domain reprint, but there isn't any source information, either.

What you describe is almost certainly a reprint - probably from Arthur P. Schmidt or G. Schirmer. The vast majority of Masters (now LudwigMasters) issues are reprints of public domain scores. Unless it has an editor credit and a recent copyright claim - it's certain to be a reprint and eligible for posting here.
