I just visited IMSLP to check when i had uploaded one of the scores I had contributed (this one: http://imslp.org/wiki/Nocturne_for_Stri ... ,_Theodore) ) only to find that when I looked on the Akimeno page, it listed 9 files, and the Nocturne wasn't there. So, I found it through the "My contributions" link at the top, looked back on the Akimenko page, and it had changed to 10 files, with a new entry under N. Very odd, and fine for me now that I have found that file again, but if it can happen to one file could it happen to more? Im' worried people might be looking for things which are there but not visible for some reason?

Normally, composer pages only display all the works in them for non-logged-in users after a couple days (3 at most?), so what you're seeing is perfectly normal. Users logged in can see all pages. This is due to the process of file caching on the server (I know little beyond that).
