Moving Forums

How does one move forums into a new category. For example, if I wanted to move one of the forums in the Announcement section to the Standardization/categorization section.

You mean 'moving threads', right? In the bottom-right corner, use the dropdown marked 'Quick-mod tools', go to 'Move topic', press 'Go', and it will let you select the destination forum.
