I am fluent enough with Lilypond (so that should not be a problem), but it seems that the source code needs to be connected/uploaded to IMSLP somehow. I tried cut-and-pasting working incipits, but when I changed even a single note I got the error message:
Image could not be trimmed. Set $wgScoreTrim=false if this problem persists.

If you remember more details, or it recurs, please submit a bug report for the Score extension, which powers these incipits. (link to bug report creation here).
That warning is normally shown if ImageMagick is not correctly installed. In a future version, this dependency will be removed.
