Cross-linking scores

I ought to know the answer to this question, but I don't! Here's my example: I just created a new composer (Henri du Bailly) and uploaded an arrangement for guitar of his song Yo Soy La Locura to his (new) composer page.

That song appears (and only appears) in a 1614 book of lute tablature compiled by Gabriel Bataille here: https://imslp.org/wiki/Special:ReverseLookup/246023

So it seems that I should also associate my score with that particular book, right? But clearly I shouldn't upload the PDFs again, I should link them from the du Bailly page since he was the actual composer (and is credited by Bataille on the tablature).

I don't know how to cross-link a score - please point me to the relevant documentation! Or inform me if that would be inappropriate.

What you should do is create the workpage for this song: "Yo Soy La Locura" on the category page of the collection (the composer page) and then upload the arrangement to that, with adding in a "Related Works" field in Edit in the General info, linking back to the collection page where the workpage is from originally.

Thanks, got it! I see that you did that for me, thanks!! <3

I'd like to add this work to the genre category "Passacaglias" but I don't see how to do that in the editor, or in other examples.

Usually the "Tags" argument is used here. However, do note that https://imslp.org/wiki/IMSLP:Categoriza ... ct_Members does state the following:
Only assigned project members are permitted to add tags to work pages.
(i.e. those with the "librarian" permission)

I have added the correct tags to the workpage https://imslp.org/wiki/Yo_Soy_La_Locura ... ly,_Henri).

Thanks! That makes sense, I saw that various things are left off of the editor for plain users like me. I appreciate the curation!
