What´s the matter with that text coming up at IMSLP? (Now accepting internship applications! Click here to apply). I don´t understand.

It is an unpaid internship program that Nick is running. I think of it as a more formal way of recruiting contributors who would be given a title (Intern) and specific projects. For example, a college student who is looking for work experience may want to apply.
