Do we have a good ornamentation chart?

Does anyone know of a book at IMSLP that has a particularly good ornamentation chart? Thanks!

There are a few ones, but each one is appropriate for a country and a time period only! e.g. http://imslp.org/wiki/Pi%C3%A8ces_de_cl ... an-Henri)) and http://imslp.org/wiki/Componimenti_musi ... _Gottlieb) but there may be contradictions. Most piano methods have a chapter about ornaments. Do you want ornament names in a specific language?

No, it's just for a teaching method course, so I'm looking for something as a starting point -- I can explain about countries/time periods, etc. but I would like an example I can print that is clear and well laid out. I will look at the two you have given me links for tomorrow. Thanks!!
