API key request-Contact with IMSLP

Hello all,
i am a researcher from the Netherlands Institute for Sound and Vision. I am here regarding an API key request for making the data of IMSLP widely available through the Europeana Sounds initiative. I tried contacting Edward Guo (named as the contact on the website) but never got a reply about this, so i was wandering if the moderation of such an issue has passed on to another person.
This question is mainly directed to the moderators of this forum who could put me in contact or point me to a person in charge of IMSLP.
