Luigi Perrachio
I have created a new composer page for Luigi Perrachio. I would like to upload a score of his Nove Poemetti (published in 1921 or 1922) - thus PD in the US. He is also PD in Canada. Probably not in Europe, but I can't find any successors there. Please let me know how to unlock the composer page I created so that I can upload the score! Thank you.

The category is not locked. You should see a button with "Add Work" on it in the upper right corner. Click that to create a page for the composition.
