If so, then I can go ahead and upload some sets of parts left over from the OMP.

Actually, it looks like I can't edit the template. If Max wants to give me permission to do so, then I will.

Could a bureaucrat give Jdeperi sitedesigner permissions so he can edit it?

I've extended capacity to 20 scores.

Actually, it's probably a good idea a) to go beyond that (50—sets of parts) and b) to give jdeperi those permission (hurry up :twisted: ) anyways.

The template can be extended further if necessary. I think that any wiki administrator (e.g., perlnerd666, KGill, daphnis, ...) can do that. I need to go to sleep now as it's late night here, so please feel free to extend it as desired.

To give administrator rights to jdeperi we need a bureaucrat (e.g., Carolus, Feldmahler, ...).

The stacking definitely works (see the Rite of Spring page, where I stacked the 2 parts of the unusual Ukranian score). I put in a couple of tweaks (Amazon, etc. - plus extending the right hand side of the top segment so usernames don't cause strange line breaks) to the template last night, all of which seem to be working fine today. Is there a multi-file uploader for the USA server? If so does it work or interface with the nice new file template max provided for us?

Unfortunately, there is currently no form that combines the chore of uploading IMSLP-US scores with that of entering their metadata. Please see the post at viewtopic.php?f=29&t=4358 for detailed instructions on the current process for 1) uploading IMSLP-US scores to the US server then 2) linking to those scores manually (using the FTE templates) on IMSLP.ORG.

If you have any ideas how you think the process should be improved, or if you have any trouble, please let me know. :-)

Thank you Carolus for the tweakings to the template.

The original idea that I discussed in private correspondence with jdeperi and Feldmahler is to create a html/php form running on the regional server (US, EU, ...) and performing the following functions:

- uploading of the file(s) to their destination directory on the regional server;

- collection of all information required to fill the template for IMSLP.ORG;

- production and delivery via web/email of the complete wiki code that the user can entirely copy-and-paste "as is" on the work page on IMSLP.ORG.

The above process is similar to the "add work" process we use on CPDL, so I might re-use part of the relevant scripts. Any better ideas and contributions are welcome.
