Correcting composer name

Can someone correct the composer name on this work to its correct form, please-- Drăgoi, Sabin V.

Thanks. Just found another that needs to be dealt with. Florence Kinkel, née Norvell (Norvel), wife of composer Charles Kinkel. She published under both surnames and we have her under both, though there's more under her maiden name. Neither LC nor VIAF have an established form for her.
