RISM has two entries: Septett (Dresden) or Concerto (Darmstadt).

That's of course true, but yet both pieces are identically, they are just labelled differently in the two existing copies since at that time nobody cared too much about whether something was a Concerto, a Septet or a Sonata.

Oh, sorry, I thought you wanted to advocate for two separate work pages.

Everything moved to the Septet page. All of the alternate titles appear in the "General Info" section (also in the tags). We really should avoid having 2 pages for the same piece. The online catalogue uses the designation "Septet" but that can be changed easily enough if it is better known by one of its other aliases.
