Long header for multiple versions

The recently uploaded arrangement has 4 options with options for each instrument and then and ad lib cello part. The header is not going to work well, but I can't work out how else to do it to get all the options into the instrumentation lists.

Any ideas?

Perfect. The header is short, so everything on the R side of the page is readable, and all combinations are tagged for the instrumentation lists.
