The cache sometimes take up to 3 days to clear. Until then, if you are logged in, you should be able to see it, but if you aren't you won't be able to. It was only put up yesterday, and I tried just now, not logged in, and I can't see it. Then I logged in and tried and I can see it now. In a couple of days it will be visible to everyone, though so don't worry.
