Mozart K412

I recently produced a piano solo arrangement of Mozart's Horn Concerto No.1 K412 Rondo finale. However, the page for this work cannot currently be edited, therefore I'm prevented from uploading the file. How do I go about solving this problem? Btw, the Rondo itself also has the catalogue number K514, but that page is redirected to K412, so that isn't an available alternative way in.
