Change the file's name and try uploading it again. You used the same file name as Sergio De Liso's upload of the 1872 score so the system merely duplicated the entry for that score.

This is a really bad bug because it seems you upload the file so you can t see the issues.
It is not hard to change automatically the name of the file from the server. Could I help IMSLP in this way?
Probably many scores wasn t REALLY uploaded on IMSLP for this bug, for this reason
