Beethoven arrangement missing bar in Vc part

The Lachner Piano and String Quintet arrangement of Beethoven's Emperor Piano Concerto contains an error in the cello part: on page 8, two lines from the bottom, there are 6 bars rest followed by 4 bars of Eb (taken from the horn part) - then there should be a bar's rest, which is missing - then a bar with two Fs.

If anyone wants to check against the score, it is bar 380 in the Ernst Eulenburg edition (page 163) - which numbers movements 2/3 together - or bar 298 in the Breitkopf & Härtel parts.

Perhaps the best way would be to edit the PDF to include a visible comment? But I am not sure of the protocol for doing this. I tried doing the right-click -> add an "annotation" route, but it did not work, and in any case I imagine that might not be visible to all who download/print/use the file. So should we instead amend the PDF locally then re-upload?
