Has anyone ripped this site and stuck the pdfs in a torrent?

Not everything on the site is public domain worldwide. Some things are free only in 50-pma countries, others are not free in the USA but free elsewhere. Some things are even under copyright worldwide and released under a CC license by their copyright owners. It would very likely be illegal for someone to do this.
