For the record, Around Music was indeed issued late in the 1970s without the author's permission or knowledge and two of its pages are in reverse order; the index as originally published in 1932 was simply reprinted in this and is incomplete and full of errors.

Also, for the record, the copies issued by The Sorabji Archive in either paper or .pdf format include an introduction and new index from Sorabji scholar Marc-André Roberge, as indeed are the copies of Sorabji's other volume of collected essays Mi Contra Fa: The Immoralisings of a Machivellian Musician that we supply.
