I'd like to request to upload this short work (2 pages) which is copyrighted 1926. Thus it is PD in the U.S. (where I am uploading from) - and would upload it to the U.S. Server. Please provide instructions on how to do that.

(Incidentally (excuse the pun), this music is used for the end title of the 1931 film Frankenstein.)

We need external site evidence of first publication, not necessarily just from the file itself. Did you read the "Please Read Before Posting" which outlines this?
