Is there any way to recognize a note that is played without looking at the keyboard? (including sharped and flatted notes) :|

If you've got perfect (absolute) pitch, no problem.

And, if you sing and have a good sense of your vocal range, you can often make a successful guess. Knowing the era of a composition can also be of help.
