This raises an interesting question. Since the two works posted at the main site are both pre-1923 publications that are public domain in their country of origin (the USA), are they therefore free in the EU thanks to the EU's application of Rule of the Shorter Term? Canada's a bit more tricky in this regard thanks to the NAFTA treaty.
