Milhaud works

Milhaud died in '74, therefore none of his works are PD in either the EU or Canada, and only those published pre-1923 are PD in the US? I want to make sure I have it right before I start upload a mass of his works.

Which is too bad because I'm rather fond of his Creation (du Monde)...

Ok thanks for the response. Well, at least I'll be able to squeeze some of his earlier piano works in, including the "Saudades" and "Printemps".
