Are there any issues with copyright or license if I publish original works that have already been published here on another site such as SheetMusicPlus or JWPepper? There would be no change in availability or licensing here, just adding them to other (paid) sites.

There should be no problem with this. I think the only detail is that you need retain the same license in all cases if your using creative commons.
