[FEAT] WM Extension: backward navigation

I'd like to see this extension installed. When hovering over 'what links here', it pops up the list of links that's visible normally after the click. It would seem very practical to me, as I try to maintain (and wish to maintain more) the manual composition lists. With a simple hover one can check whether a work is already linked or not.
Some will object again that the new cataloguing system will make this redundant, but (i) that's not the question here and (ii) this new database has been argued about since 2006.

You may be interested in this list I made. It has its limitations, some of which are noted in the introduction at the top of the page. Feel free to suggest improvements (I cannot promise I will be able to implement them though).
